The short version: be yourself, be fair, and we only keep what we need.
Your account
Only link a Roblox account that is yours. One Discord account per Roblox account, and the other way round. Linking alts or someone else's account can lead to a sanction.
On the site
Posts follow the same rules as the game and the Discord. Staff can remove posts and take away posting if they're broken.
What we store
- Your Discord ID, username and avatar (from Discord login)
- Your Roblox ID, username and display name (from Roblox login)
- Anything you post or like on the site
What we never see
Your Discord or Roblox password. Login tokens are used once to confirm who you are and are thrown away straight after.
How it's used
To match your Discord roles and nickname to your Virtual Football rank, show your profile, stats and achievements, and keep the community safe. Virtual Football staff can see who is linked.
Removing your data
Ask any staff member and your link, posts and likes are deleted.
Changes
Virtual Football staff can unlink or change links at any time. The site is provided as-is and will keep changing as we add things.
